Introducing Multi-Dashboards: Organize Your Music Tracking Like Never Before
We're excited to introduce Multi-Dashboards, a feature designed to give you more flexibility and control over how you organize and track your music data on Spotontrack.

Until now, all your tracked artists, tracks, and albums lived in a single personal dashboard. While this worked well for smaller catalogs, we heard from many of you that you needed a better way to separate and organize your work. Today, that changes.
Create multiple dashboards
You can now create as many dashboards as you need. Whether you want to separate your tracking by campaigns, catalogs, labels, release cycles, or any other criteria that makes sense for your workflow - you now have the flexibility to do so.
Each dashboard is a fully independent workspace, allowing you to focus on what matters for each specific project without the noise from other tracks or artists.
Add to any dashboard from anywhere
We've updated the way you add items to your dashboards. On any artist, track, or album page, the previous "Add to favorite" button has been replaced with a new "Add to dashboard" button. When you click it, you can select exactly which dashboard you want to add the item to.
This makes it easy to curate your dashboards as you browse the platform, ensuring each item ends up exactly where it belongs.
Independent settings and exclusions
Each dashboard now has its own settings and exclusions. This means you can customize the columns you see, the platforms you track, and the items you exclude - all independently for each dashboard.
No more compromises between different projects. Each dashboard is tailored to its specific purpose.
About your current Personal Dashboard
Your existing Personal Dashboard continues to work as before. It's still running on our legacy system, but we'll be migrating it to the new multi-dashboard system soon. You won't lose any data - everything will be preserved during the migration.
Additionally, your current Daily Digest email is powered by the items in your Personal Dashboard. This will continue to work as expected during the transition.
Bulk import
Setting up a new dashboard for a large catalog? No problem. You can import a list of tracks or artists directly into any dashboard. Simply provide a list of ISRCs, Spotify IDs, or Apple Music IDs, and we'll add them all to your dashboard in one go.
This makes it easy to quickly populate dashboards for entire label catalogs, campaign rosters, or any collection of tracks you need to monitor.
Export your data
Each dashboard gives you full control over your data with CSV export capabilities. You can export:
- Tracks overview - Export all the tracks in your dashboard with their current streaming data
- New playlists - Export new playlist additions for your tracked items
- Current charts - Export chart positions and movements
Whether you need to share data with your team, build reports, or analyze trends in your own tools, exporting is just a click away.
Dashboard Digest emails
Each dashboard comes with its own Daily Digest email. You can enable or disable the digest independently for each dashboard, and choose which days of the week you want to receive it.
The digest has been completely redesigned with a fresh, clean layout that makes it easy to scan your daily updates at a glance. For each track in your dashboard, you'll see:
- Spotify streams - Total streams and daily change, so you can track performance trends
- Chart positions - Current positions across Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and Shazam charts, with movement indicators
- New playlist additions - Recently added playlists with follower counts and positions
Tracks are sorted by daily streams, so your best performers are always at the top. Configure your digest settings directly from the Digest tab in your dashboard.
What's coming next
We're just getting started with multi-dashboards. Here's what's on our roadmap:
-
Dashboard sharing - You'll soon be able to share your dashboard with other Spotontrack users, perfect for collaborating with colleagues or sharing insights with clients.
-
Team dashboards - For teams, we're building the ability to share dashboards with your entire team and make them collaborative. Everyone on the team will be able to contribute to and benefit from shared dashboards.
We're excited about the possibilities this opens up for your workflow. As always, we'd love to hear your feedback and ideas for how we can make Spotontrack even more useful for you.
